Kali Richardson is an accomplished powerhouse. Charismatic and dynamic, Kali is a young millennial speaker and business consultant. He strives to develop young minds through the use of abstract thinking and open dialogue. He is passionate about our communities and seeks to bring about confidence within the youth so that they may be inspired to create change within their own communities.

Speaking is only a single part of his greatest accomplishments. He originates from the United States Virgin Islands. He attributes to being from a small island as having had shaped his will and determination in order to obtain his Masters Degree in Public Health from the University of West Florida. After achieving this accolade, he then aspires to receive his Doctorate in Public Health with a focus on Advanced Leadership.

Kali began to see his entrepreneurial side rise out while doing student leadership in his undergraduate years of college. He quickly realized that he wanted to help his fellow colleagues also realize their greatest potential. He began speaking to young men across campus and in private he counseled his closest friends. He sought out to invoke self-reflection to produce an evolution of one’s self. 

In the year of 2015, Kali founded Kali Speaks & Associates LLC. Alchemic was founded from the need of connecting professionals and millennials with services that they may need to be successful within their businesses. This company houses the speaking and workshop facilitation of Kali Richardson. Through this company, Kali does business consultations for companies, universities and organizations, as well as contracts out marketing services.

His ultimate goal is to create a network of inspired individuals who in return will create impacting change not only in their communities but for minorities, young professionals, and millennials.
